Once we locate these funds we do our utmost to reunite the funds with their rightful owner. This involves an intense and detailed search to locate and contact the rightful owners.

WE COMPLETE PAPERWORK

Once we have spoken with you and have a verbal agreement from you that you would like us to work on your behalf, we will arrange a convenient time for you to sign a few pages of paperwork that will allow us to get started. We will send a local notary to you, at a time that works best for you, to help you sign the paperwork, notarize it, and overnight it back to us.

Our firm works on contingency; there is absolutely no out of pocket expenses for you. We will never ask you for money. We cover all expenses related to the claim until we reach successful resolution. If we are not successful in recovering the funds, you owe us nothing. We are paid only when and if we successfully collect the claim.

Claims typically get processed in 3-4 months, depending upon the complexity of the claim. We will never ask you for money up front. We operate on a contingency basis only. If we’re successful in recovering these funds, only then are we paid a percentage. You, of course, keep the greater share which will be remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.
